HDH Fantasy Football update for week 5

Posted by: Chris on October 12th at 8:25PM

After dominating the first quarter of the season, the Beer Belly Ninjas are now mired in what looks to be a horrible slump. Let’s just say that the bye week was murder on the Ninjas. Also – the ridiculous roster rules that the idiot commissioner set up aren’t helping.

I’ve also noticed that some people have already started to not manage their teams. Five weeks in and you’re not managing? Really?

Next year, there’s definitely going to have to be a more selective process. If you’re one of the guilty parties, consider that a slap on the wrist. The next violation will result in… well, nothing. Just don’t be a knucklehead. It ruins it for the rest of us who actually enjoy the league and want to win a yet-to-be determined prize.

One more note – I could use some RB help. If you have some solid RBs available and are in need of a WR, I might be able to help you out. I’ve got Chad Ochocinco, Braylon Edwards, and Randy Moss. I’m willing to part with one of them if the price is right.

I am also looking for runningback help and I am willing to part with hassleback. He has been injured this season, but the two games he has played he has done good in.If you need QB help I am your guy.

I like mendenhall allen and that sounds interesting.

I also like one of your running backs da brett favre antichrist. I am offering hassleback. I think you could use improvement in your QB play and my running back play could use improvement. I am confident we can work something out.

Funny thing is KO I tried to pass you Portis last week.

So glad you didn’t act on it though. Portis did a pretty good job point wise.

Yeah I should have taken that one…It just seems like Portis is going to wear down soon with all of that workload.

Being that I’m in Maryland the redskin games are on every sunday.

Portis is fresh. Washington usually goes into the half every week leading due to a heavy dose of running. Then in the second half they forget all about portis and start losing or barely winning.

Okay, I’ve hit an all time LOW!!! I mean I’ve been in last place before but never in a 14 team league!! I’m willing to trade anyone on my team. They all get plenty of yardage every game but they seem to be allergic to the end zone.

I need RB help along with everyone else. Most willing to trade Marques Colston or Greg Jennings.

I picked up Willie and he’s not currently on the table.

Larry Johnson is tanking this season, and I think Willie might be clutch in the second half of the season.

Also have Jamaal St.Charles who gets more carries than Johnson. :)
