This has been out there for a couple of days, but for anyone who hasn’t seen it - it’s worth a look. Obviously, Brian Cushing’s strength and power isn’t a concern… so this is a bit of overkill.
I’m sure he’s dying to get out there and hit someone. Uh, Brian? When #20 heads your way, remember - you’re practicing. Save it for when the Saints come to town to practice ahead of the pre-season game, and Reggie Kardashian rounds the corner on his way to hastily run out of bounds. What’s that? Reggie and Kim broke up? Dammit. The Reggie Kardashian Era is over. The big question is - will he still use Kim’s last name?

Dear Brian,
Strength looks good. Next time lock out your first 20 reps and stop bouncing like a woman.

I was gonna say. I was taught that you should take the bar all the way up when you’re benching and barely touch your chest.
Then again, I can only bench like 150.

Well for mass reps its better to quick rep it but Maxing out yes you would lock out your arms. I have been lifting since I was 13 so that’s my recollection.

Haha yeah, to get alot of reps you should bounce and short arm it, but those aren’t real reps.

I used to bench 400 back in the day and best I ever got on reps at 225 (which is the weight he is lifting) was 28.
He may not be in a class by himself, but it certainly does not take long to call the roll.
I can’t wait to see him play.
