With the announcement that Emmitt Smith will not be returning to ESPN, Emmitt wasted no time in snatching my offer for him to join Houston Diehards as a part-time blogger.
Emmitt has a lot to say about the draft, the off-season in general, and he’s really excited to get things kicked off. In short – he wants to stay busy. His new column should make its debut very soon.
So, no longer can I complain about Houston Diehards being a one-man show. It’s hugely time-consuming to keep up with the content, design, graphics and everything else that goes on “behind the scenes” around here. This will free me up to relax a little bit. I look forward to Emmitt’s debut.

This is indelible! This move will step you apart from the competition. If I had knowed this move was coming, I would have restrained from commenting since my words will seem poultry next to his. I haven’t been this excitement since Richard Smith got fired up.
