UPDATE – One thing that will probably change a bit around here, I may just point you to the SBN Houston site on weekends by linking my work. I’m not going to “simulpost” them, because that’s lame. Did the rumbling stop? Okay.
Earlier I promised you more thoughts on the Owen Daniels signing. I’m about to give them to you, but you’ll have to go elsewhere to read it. That’s because I’ve agreed to join SBN Houston as a contributor and their Weekend Editor. Don’t worry, nothing here will change. Thanks to Rivers McCown for asking me to come on board, and for not changing his mind immediately after. With myself and Rivers writing on the same website, one has to wonder if the Internet can hold up to that much sarcasm in such close proximity. We’ll have to see.
If you’re a longtime – and I mean LONGtime reader of this blog, you may remember that it originally started out as a Texans, Rockets, Astros, and Longhorns site. Of course, that didn’t last long and we eventually got to where we are now – being the best independent Houston Texans website in the universe, and Beverly Hills. (Is there another one?) I’m sure most of my updates over there will be heavy on the Texans, but it will also give me a chance to bitch and complain write about the Astros and Rockets as well, as in the olden days.
So head over to SBN Houston for my inaugural feature on the new Owen Daniels contract. Typically, I won’t be posting much over there except on the weekends because there’s plenty to do here – but I was feeling saucy tonight.
